We offer fast and reliable shipping for all of our glass art. All items will be shipped via FedEx, unless otherwise requested.

We understand that timely delivery is important, so we make sure to ship all orders within 4 business days. We also offer priority and express shipping for an additional fee. We take great care in packing our items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you have any questions about shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How is the item packed?
All glass is double boxed with peanuts and plenty of packing. Item larger than 20" could possibly be sent in a wood crate via truckload. If there are any questions about a specific item, please feel free to contact me.
Are all items insured?
All of the products are fully insured. If there is any damage to the product, please let us know immediately and we will get it taken care of.

Note, because each item is a one-of-a-kind piece, if requested, the customer can pick out another item of the same value for a replacement or a full refund.

At Dancing Light Glassworks, we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you are looking for.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange a return. Please note that shipping costs back to us are at the expense of the buyer.

We will refund the full cost of the item once it has been received and checked for any damage.
